RETURN & REFUND POLICY
A return and/or refund of the product are/is only allowed under the following circumstances:
Payment is made twice for the same package or service due to technical or Internet issue There is inability to attend the health screening appointment consistently, subject to review by our management team. The return and/or refund request must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the order.
The return and/or refund procedures are as follows:

Please inform us the proof of purchase (bank in slip) through WhatsApp. After receiving your request, we shall contact you within 3 business days for further instructions. Once your refund claims are processed,, we will process your refunds of the within 7 to 14 business days.
